Producing a fine Pinot Noir requires an exact balance of warm days and cool nights. Barkan found this balance in their vineyard at the high desert. The wine has soft tannins, with a fresh strawberry aroma with hints of black cherry and mint. This vegan wine goes well with grilled salmon or veal, and is best served slightly chilled!
